Grow Dot by Variance

This is the latest prototype to leave the Variance workshop and enter the testing phase. This 24” diameter plaque is designed to grow mosses and miniature epiphytes without the need for a sealed enclosure. This wall-mount, hydroponic system utilizes Variance IHS technology for plant attachment and irrigation. Its low-profile design is only 1” thick and is the IDEAL way to display miniature plant species. Contact one of our eco-designers for more information.

New Walk Around Bow-Front Insect Terrariums

Variance Intelligent Habitat Systems created two walk around insect displays for SeaWorld. These back to back facing habitats were designed to fit around existing columns and will house exotic beetles and other arthropods. Each cell-cast acrylic terrarium with integrated background decor is secured by an overlapping hood and base that opens for easy access. Each exhibit was finished in a durable stove-lacquered (blue) aluminum composite material.
